After thirty years in communications, I wanted to solve a problem I kept seeing: An organization hires a PR firm to tell its story. Then, a business development firm is used when they need to grow, and a separate crisis firm is used when something goes wrong. Each time they would start over. A new firm. A new relationship. I knew that I could walk with them through every season.
That is why I built NMS.
I wanted to build something that didn't exist — a single firm that could walk with an organization through every experience it would ever face. The building of a story. The growth into a market. The protection of a reputation. The transformation that comes after something difficult — or something extraordinary. A firm that can meet them at any entry point and guide them through the triumphs and the tragedies.
